I noticed that a user can give reputation to the same person multiple times, allowing reputation to be spammed.

Suggestion: A user can give another user only one reputation, which can be updated but not duplicated.

Yes, I mentioned that initially. Apparently, it's intended behavior. You can give multiple reputation points, but there's a limit.
