Good evening to those at the top of the Philippines — I am calling out the powerful officials who are guilty of corruption.

My cyber attack on eGov is to display a message above the government. We just want to join the people’s fight here in the Philippines — to eradicate corruption — because what’s happening is getting worse and worse. The fight of one is the fight of all. I also want to say that I don’t take sides; that’s why I’m doing this cyber attack — to make a statement. I obtained more than 30,000 complainants from eGov by leaking the eGov API.
