On July 14, I listed 1.4TB of data from Nepal's Ministry of Education for sale

Shortly after, the Ministry issued a full denial through local media, claiming no breach occurred, and stating the data is โ€œfake.โ€
Official statement here:

๐Ÿ“Ž TechPana Article โ€“ Ministry Denial

They said:

Quote:โ€œHe cannot access our system under any circumstances.โ€
โ€œOur ministry does not have 1.4TB of data.โ€
โ€œHe is doing this just to gain attention.โ€

To counter their narrative, I am now publicly releasing a 100GB sample of the stolen data as proof of access.

๐Ÿ” Ransom Demand

The Ministry has 10 days from the time of this post to respond.
To prevent the full release of the remaining 1.3TB, a payment of $20,000 USD in Monero (XMR) is required.

- XMR Wallet: 44oPp9XrPs89WckSRhFWTM4nW21zfnk2k6qrEQRF9z7GWQmM5LqSfhCejcqtedPgCHNcjLqCsZhbuiqHn3XSYxLLCtmQaNP

No negotiations, no delays. After the deadline, the rest of the data will be published in phases โ€” starting with full NOC access files,, and more sensitive personal data.

The Ministry can deny the breach โ€” but it doesnโ€™t change what has already been taken.
This is not about media attention. This is about digital accountability.
You failed to secure the system. Now you deal with the fallout.

Hey yo, fan of your works.

First of all, I'm sure the nepalese government wouldn't pay the ransom, they just don't care to be honest.

Secondly, would it be possible for you to leak info of the top leaders of nepal? Primarily people like KP Oli, Sher Bahadur Deuba, Prachanda and such?
Leaks of nepal police and other ministries wouldn't be much, but if you leak on such figures, the nepalese crowd will cheer and support your works.
