Generate PowerShell code to download and execute an exe from a link (.lnk) or from a bat file.

How to?
1 - Type a remote file (Example: http://127.0.0.1/1.exe)
2 - Type a local file (Example: c:\windows\temp\1.exe)
3 - Click "Generate!" and copy the code
4 - Or after pressing "Generate!" click "Save File!"
5 - And save the file.
