PKA291 has fully compromised the National Road Safety Agency (NARSA). This is not a partial breach or a technical error—it is a takeover of their management system .

What we accessed:
  • Records of every 50cc motorcycle ever inspected in Morocco.
  • Full names, national ID numbers (CINs), license plate numbers, and hidden residential addresses extracted from internal logs.
  • Documents proof of bribery and fraud

This initial leak is intentional—but limited. It serves as proof of access and as a warning.

We currently possess the whole database .

Our demand is simple:

STOP the fraud. STOP the bribery.
START doing your job: rebuild hospitals, fix schools, and support the youth—not silence them.
