How did you get scammed: I have sent him 2k USD on the agreed on price and he said will upload and send me the file. An hr+ later he say he uploaded the file but his partner say 2k is too cheap wants another 1k. and he says he has instagram db to send me too which will cost me another 2k. Until now I get no refund and no file.
