Spain DNI rules:
The number of the National Identity Document includes eight digits and one letter for security. The letter is found by taking all eight digits as a number and dividing it by twenty-three. why your DNI are all 9 digits and not have the letter?


spain phone number starts with 9 if residential fixed numbers,  and mobile numbers starts with 6
so if this phone numbers are from spain , they are fixed numbers but

in your samples, they are the telephone planes
