This public company is in charge of providing water, drainage and sewage services to several million citizens in the Mexican state of Nuevo Leon.

This leak includes:

• Official consumption receipt.

• Address.
  
• Fiscal data.
  
• Consumption information.
  

This leak is very useful for identity theft, KYC, tracing people and telephone fraud.
The consumption receipt is almost an official document, widely used for proof of address in paperwork.
Also, there are many users with debts from this public company, you can use this leak in conjunction with some of my telephone databases to call debtors and demand payment for not disconnecting their water service or I don't know, be as creative as you want LOL.

If you buy this leak I will include a powerful python tool that will allow you to extract the data from each receipt and put it into a CSV file for quicker queries. Update:
It seems that the government of Nuevo León has completely ignored my threat or is not interested in exposing information about its citizens.
That is why I have decided to leak Governor Samuel Garcia's water bills.
In these bills, you can see something curious: the supposedly low water consumption at his properties. How is it that someone who posts photos of a huge house with a swimming pool on Instagram can pay less than 20 USD for water service?
The answer is a manual modification of consumption by employees of “Agua y Drenaje” (Water and Drainage).
I have evidence that the governor's consumption bill is altered all the time to lower his consumption and final payment.
The evidence comes in the form of a complete image of the server where the “Agua y Drenaje” database is located.
These are not simple text logs that anyone could modify, but a complete snapshot of the operating system.
If the Nuevo León government continues to ignore me, I will release this information to journalists along with instructions for it to be verified by any computer forensic expert.
