I have an employee access, which can be used for:
- Lookup users
- Edit Phone number or Email (Needs to be approved but we can approve it from a high priv account)
- Reply and manage Reports/Support cases
- Ban/Unban accounts (Needs to be approved, we can only approve Unbanning)
- Twitter employee's chatroom (Can be used to phish other users)
The access is from an employee who wants to sell access to it
