Heh, 1 second skiddo -  Leads do not just come from access or a database you moron, you can obtain leads through random generation and checking for instance - whatsapp checkers are used on randomly generated numbers to confirm validity, and obtain certain bits of information on the number such as gender etc - i mean a skid like you would probably pay someone 20 bucks for a list of 1k unchecked randomly generated numbers xD
