For work within and on the test cell including the installation and removal of an engine 2 trained personel will need to be present at all times for safety reasons.

fire extinguishers must be fitted within both the engine test cell area adjacent to main access door and also adjacent to the control room door. these extinguishers must be suitable for extinguishing an oil/fuel based fire, and of suitable commercial specification.
