يُعد هذا التسريب ردًا مباشرًا على الدعاية المعادية للجزائر في وسائل الإعلام المغربية التي نشرت مؤخرًا مقالات كاذبة حول دراسة فرنسا تجميد أصول مسؤولين جزائريين كبار. ونظرًا لأن هذه التوترات السياسية لا تخص سوى فرنسا والجزائر، فإننا نعتبر هذه الدعاية تدخلًا غير مبرر ووسيلة انتهازية لمهاجمة الجزائر مجددًا على الساحة الدولية.

محتوى التسريب:

• مجلد يحتوي على نماذج لأكثر من 10000 شهادة ملكية بصيغة PDF (تحتوي قاعدة البيانات بأكملها على أكثر من 10 ملايين شهادة).
  
• مجلد يحتوي على عينة من 20.000 وثيقة مختلفة (صكوك البيع/الشراء، وثائق الأحوال المدنية، بطاقات الهوية/جوازات السفر، وثائق مصرفية، الخ) - (تحتوي قاعدة البيانات الإجمالية على أكثر من 4 ملايين وثيقة وأكثر من 4 تيرابايت من البيانات).
  
• ملف يحتوي على وثائق بالغة الحساسية، منها نماذج لبعض كبار المسؤولين والشخصيات المغربية المهمة. على سبيل المثال: محمد ياسين المنصوري ، رئيس أجهزة الاستخبارات الخارجية (البيانات الكاملة تشمل عددًا أكبر بكثير من المسؤولين).

Given that these political tensions only concern France and Algeria, We consider the aforementioned propaganda an unjustified interference and an opportunistic way to once again attack Algeria on the international scene.

CONTENT OF THE LEAK :

• A folder containing samples of over 10,000 property certificates in PDF format (the entire database contains over 10 millions).
  
• A folder containing a sample of 20,000 various documents (deeds of sale/purchase, civil status documents, ID cards/Passports banking documents, etc.) - (the total database contains more than 4 millions documents and over 4 TB of data).
  
• A folder containing highly sensitive documents samples of some senior Moroccan officials and VIPs. Ex: Mohammed Yassine Mansouri, Head of Foreign Intelligence services (The full data includes much more officials)
