Hey folks,

I’m kinda new to the whole game hacking thing and wanna dive into making some basic external cheats for games like The Finals and XDefiant. I’ve dabbled a bit with C++ and messed around reading and writing memory with ReadProcessMemory and WriteProcessMemory, but putting together a full-on cheat still feels like a puzzle.

I’m mainly aiming for stuff like ESP and triggerbot, but I’m not ready to jump into the deep end with kernel-level hacks or messing with game files just yet.

I know both games got Easy Anti-Cheat and BattlEye running, so if any of you got tips on keeping low-key and not getting caught — like using VMs or burner accounts — I’d really appreciate it.

If you got any tutorials, guides, or starter projects to throw my way, that’d be sick.

Hey, kinda shooting my shot here, but I think I'm in the exact same position as you? Just learnt basic windowsapi functions and as you say trying to learn how to do anything other than create the hook, read and write to memory feels like a bit of a puzzle. If you're willing to learn together I'd be down shoot me a dm.
