<p align="justify">Mrs. Christine Koo is the principal partner of Christine M. Koo & Ip, Solicitors & Notaries located in Hong Kong. Mrs. Koo has over 30 years of experience gained from government and private sectors in Hong Kong and overseas, as well as from working in-house for an international insurance corporation.</p>
<p align="justify">Mrs. Koo now specializes in IPO, acquisitions and mergers, investment fund, insurance and trust matters. She currently leads a team of lawyers to assist in IPO work in Hong Kong and overseas, and another team of lawyers to assist in trusts and wealth management work.</p>
<p align="justify">Mrs. Koo graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of Hong Kong, and is admitted to practice in Hong Kong, England and Australia (Victoria).</p>
